Died: Nov. 11, 1945 at Windsor, Broome County, NY at age 91.

He is buried in Riverview Cemetery, Harpursville, Broome Co., NY


His father was 1829 Thomas Tobias Livingston.

His mother was 1829 Nancy Christina Jones.


He was married Jan.  8, 1877 to Hannah Bice in Binghamton, NY.  Hannah
was born in 1857 and died in 1930.  She was the daughter of Nelson Bice
and Diana Atwell.
