Born: Sept. 1892 possibly in Tompkins, Delaware County, NY Died: Unknown; probably in Hancock, Delaware County, NY His father was 1864 Cyrus Marvin Dutcher His mother was 1867 Bessie Ann Clemens. There is virtually nothing known about Leon Dutcher at this time. He is never mentioned in the autobiography of his sister 1899 Bessie Dutcher nor in the autobiography of his niece 1926 Ruth Esther Sherman.
