His father was 1877 Frank Edward Bennett (born in New York State)
His mother was 1879 Clara Jane Carr (born in New York State)
The photo above right was taken about 1938. Edward was an amateur
race car driver known as "Eddie Bennett".
He married 1906 Clara Belle Hino on Nov. 8, 1923, in Chemung, New York.
They had four children during their marriage; I have this information:

He was working as an insulation laborer in 1930. The family was

The census record states that he could read and write.

that he saw combat action in World War II. His SSN was 077-05-0619.
He is the biological father of 1938 Wayne Passage.
Edward was also the birth father of Wayne's half-brother,
1942 Edward Howell, named after Edward Bennett. The birth
mother in Edward's case was Margaret Williams (no other info).
One of his brothers was 1915 Harley Charles Bennett, who was
married to 1920 Bertha I. Livingston, who was the sister
of 1914 Helen Livingston, the mother of Wayne Passage.
