Her father was 1860 James Arnold Dutcher.

Her mother was 1871 Jennie White.


In 1920 she was an infant and living with her father and her nephew
Homer on East Side River Road in Afton, Chenango County, New York.  
At that time the household consisted of:

  1858  Edwin R. Roberts           (Head of Household)
  1861  Mary E. Roberts            (Wife)
  1886  Floyd Dutcher              (Son-In-Law)
  1899  Gertrude Roberts Dutcher   (Daughter; married to Floyd Dutcher)
  1919  Homer Edwin Dutcher        (Grandson)
  1860  James Arnold Dutcher       (Father of Floyd; Homer's other Grandfather)
  1904  Viola F. Dutcher           (daugher of James and Jennie; maybe b. 1905)

Interestingly, no mention is made of "Jennie" (White) Dutcher, the wife of
James and mother of Viola, in the census records.  It is not known whether 
she was separated or divorced from James at that time.

So far I have been unable to confirm any information about Viola.
