His father was 1876 Elmer James Pulis.

His mother was 1879 Huldah Marie Johnson.

Harley was married in 1942 to 1918 Mary Etta Peek.

They had one child together:

  1943 Joyce Marie Pulis (died in 1943)
  
Harley became a Christian minister, specific religion unknown at this time.

Harley is shown at center in the back row in the family photo above.
This photo was taken about 1940 at Grigsby's Studio, Livingston, MT.

In the lower photo, Harley is at far right.  Those are his parents
in the middle of course; the woman at left is 1900 Norma Rose Pulis,
