Photo 1941 - Kenneth Austin Livingston

Cousin Jimmy, This photo of my Dad next to his 1941 Packard is facing East towards the old cow barn that burned in late summer or early fall of 1949. The color of his 1941 Packard was maroon. Dad accidentally rolled this car over in the ditch later that year, then traded it on a grey 1942 Packard Clipper. The big barn behind the Packard was used to store wagons and later on, automobiles, with work horses in the far rear of the barn. Not sure what the smaller shed-like building was used for, the one to the left. You're right about our Grandparents Farm - SO MANY CHANGES have been made. The building just behind him is not the cow barn that burned; it is the vehicle and horse Barn. I'm not positive but I think it's probably gone by now.
