Photo 1956 Kenyon Family
In this Kenyon family photo from about 1956 are shown:
Back row (adults), left to right:
1896 Floyd Kenyon Sr.
1895 Marguerite Dwyer Kenyon
1920 Mary Kenyon aka "Toady" (she married Pierce Kincer)
____ Sara Kenyon (standing a bit further back)
____ Pat Kenyon
1925 Charles Robert Kenyon aka "Gigs"
1923 George ("Bill") Kenyon
1919 Floyd Kenyon Jr. aka "Bud"
Front row (children):
In the center of the front row in a white shirt is (1951) Keevin Kenyon.
On his left in the striped shirt is his cousin David Kenyon.
At the far right is Keevin's sister (1953) Karen Kenyon.
Sitting sort of behind David and in front of George is Stephen.
Directly in front of Marguerite Dwyer Kenyon is Eileen Kincer.
Directly in front of Charles Kenyon is Thomas Kincer.
On Tommy's right and in front of Pat is Helen Kincer.
Directly behind Keevin is his cousin Marguerite Kenyon.
That looks like my cousin Linda Kenyon seated directly in
front of her Aunt Mary, between Eileen and Helen Kincer.
The other grand-children of Floyd and Marguerite are
as yet unidentified with certainty, but the baby in
front may be Audrey or Susie; one source says the girl
at far right is Debra (Debbie), but Keevin says that is
his sister Karen. We don't know who is holding the baby.
Karen and Marcia may be the two girls at far left...?
If you can identify any of the children or if you know any
information about the adults, esp. dates of birth, death

Jim - I think the photo is from 1955 or 1956
On the far right standing is Floyd Kenyon Jr. aka "Bud"; he was
married to aunt Vi. I am not sure of her maiden name. They had
3 children: David, Debbie, and Donna, who are my cousins.
Standing next to him is George (Bill) Kenyon.. As you know
he was married to Margaret Livingston and they had 4 girls:
Margaruite (Maggie), Linda, Audrey, and Susie.
Next to George is my dad (1925) Charles Robert Kenyon (Gigs).
He married Alta Livingston and they had 3 kids (1951) Keevin,
(1953) Karen, and (1954) Marcia.
After they divorced (1955?) he remarried and had 3 more Kids -
Cheeta , (1961) Charles Robert Kenyon Jr., and Lena. They are
my half-siblings. Charles Jr. posted this pix.
I don't know where he found the pix but I am going to
ask him next time I see him. Have not talked to him this week.
My father and all of his siblings were born in North Carolina.
My dad was born in Hickory, NC in 1925. Uncle George was born
in Greensboro. Not sure of his DOB. I am not sure where the
others were born. The whole family moved back to the
family farm on Kenyon Hill Road in New York about 1930.
On the far left of the pix is my grandfather Floyd Kenyon Sr.
and my grandmother Margeruite. I think her maiden name was Dwyer.
Floyd passed in 1971 and she in 1972.
Standing next to grandma is my aunt Mary (I think). Her nickname
was Toady. Just to Aunt Mary's left I think is Aunt Pat (with the
light colored hair) and aunt Sara can be seen right between them.
Aunt Mary married Pierce Kincer and they had 3 kids, Eileen,
Thomas and Helen.. I think they are in pix.. Eileen in front of
grandma. Tommy in front of my dad and Helen is to his right.
I think it is me in the center of the front row and Maggie is right
behind me and cousin Dave is to my left. Seated in the front row on
the far right is my sister Karen. I am not sure who is the small
child that is seated in front of uncle George.
I have a VHS tape of some old 8mm movies and a tape recording of
Margarets 70th Birthday party. Your mother attended that party.
I will give it to you if you want it.
I would think that Maggie could fill in more of the blanks.
